Product Delivery

Products in the Carboncase.lt online store are manufactured within 12–18 business days, calculated from the next business day after the order is submitted.

Manufactured products are handed over to the courier service immediately, but in exceptional cases (e.g., during public holidays or due to force majeure), delivery may be delayed. The customer will be informed of any potential delays via the contact details provided in advance.

In Lithuania, parcels are usually delivered within 1–3 business days, within the European Union – within 3–7 business days, and to other countries – within 7–12 business days.

Delivery services are provided by Omniva.

Upon receiving the parcel for delivery, we immediately send the customer the parcel tracking number. Parcel information can be tracked on the Omniva website.

 

Product Returns

Under European Parliament and Council Directive 97/7/EC, returns of high-quality goods are not possible if the goods are manufactured to the customer's individual specifications or adapted for a specific consumer.

All Carboncase cases are made to order, based on the phone model and design selected by the customer, so products can only be exchanged or returned in the event of a defect or non-conformity with the order.

Returns are not accepted if the customer chose the wrong phone model or case type. Once a case has been manufactured, it cannot be canceled.

Please note that due to monitor settings and other technical characteristics, the colors of the products shown in the online store may differ slightly from their actual appearance. The seller accepts no responsibility for such differences.

When returning or exchanging products, they must be returned in their original packaging, along with the protective film, if any.

A request for return or exchange must be submitted via the provided contact details.

Refunds for returned products are transferred within 5 business days of receiving and confirming the products. Delivery costs are not reimbursed.

We recommend returning products via a reliable courier service. The seller accepts no responsibility for unreceived returned products, and the customer covers the return shipping costs.

A return request is usually processed within 2 business days, but may take longer in exceptional circumstances.

Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, which is operated by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475). Therefore, your personal information required for payment processing and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS
